  1. Becky Chariton

Content & Community Builder // Brand Strategy & Event Planning // Social Media Enthusiast

I had the pleasure of working with and managing Amber during my time at DealRoom. She is an exceptionally hard worker driven by innovation and creativity, and a genuinely creative problem solver who finds a way around every challenege.

She was consistently the first person to bring a new idea to the table with a focus of directly connecting with our target audience. She learned the ins and outs of their pains to be able to build a successful and meaningful impact on the company's followers. While building out our top of funnel, she always found a way to tie our brand campaigns back to pipeline, so the work never felt disconnected from the business impact.

When it comes to content Amber is a jack of all trades. She films, edits, and designs, and she completely transformed our LinkedIn presence across two brand pages and one SME profile. She dug into channels most people overlook, researching Reddit and improving our SEO and AEO strategy across the board, and grew our YouTube presence in a way that meaningfully expanded our audience and reach.

On top of all of that, she's a fantastic team player who is always looking for new ways to get our brand in front of the right people.

  2. Alison Bitzer

Customer Success & Solutions Consulting Leader | Problem Solver | Team Builder | Data and Insights Enthusiast

Amber is one of those rare creative thinkers who is always looking around the corner at how people are changing the way they discover information, build trust, and engage with brands.

She has an incredible instinct for content and storytelling, but what impressed me most was the thinking behind it. Whether she was considering how LLMs are changing search, why people increasingly turn to Reddit and other communities for trusted perspectives, or how a brand can show up authentically on social, Amber was constantly challenging conventional approaches and thinking about what would work next, not just what worked yesterday.

She also has an exceptional creative eye. From social strategy and content to video, photography, and brand storytelling, she has a way of making everything she touches more compelling, more human, and frankly, much cooler. Any team looking to rethink how they reach and connect with their audience would be lucky to have her.

  3. Dave Fields

Product Manager | M&A SaaS | Six years building in bootstrapped companies, former Director of Customer Success

I had the chance to work closely with Amber at DealRoom across brand, product marketing, and customer-facing content, and she was consistently one of the easiest people to collaborate with.

M&A software can be a difficult product to make approachable, especially when the audience ranges from experienced corporate development professionals to people seeing the platform for the first time. Amber had a strong instinct for taking complex ideas and turning them into content that was clear, engaging, and still felt true to the DealRoom brand.

We worked together on a number of product and brand videos where I served as the subject matter expert, and she was excellent at knowing what information mattered, how to structure the story, and when to push for a simpler explanation. She made the process feel collaborative rather than transactional and was always willing to dig into the product enough to understand what we were actually trying to communicate.

Amber brings a great mix of creativity, organization, curiosity, and business judgment. I'd happily work with her again and would recommend her to any team looking for someone who can connect brand, product, and subject matter expertise into content that actually resonates.

Amber is one of those rare people who can take an ambitious idea and turn it into work that is original, thoughtful, and genuinely effective. During our time together at DealRoom, I saw her shape everything from the M&A Science podcast and social content to video and emerging channels, always with a strong instinct for what would resonate with the audience and move the business forward.

What stands out most about Amber is the imagination she brings to her work. She is easily one of the most creative people I have worked with: endlessly curious, full of fresh ideas, and unafraid to experiment. Just as importantly, she has the versatility and determination to bring those ideas to life. Her work helped DealRoom show up in a more distinctive and compelling way, while building meaningful connections with the people we wanted to reach.

On a personal level, Amber is a wonderful teammate. She is highly collaborative, and brings an energy that makes the people around her better. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and any team would be lucky to have such a creative, resourceful, and deeply committed marketer.

  5. Supritha Shankar Rao

    Growth & Product Marketing Manager | Dartmouth MEM'24 | Ex-Software Engineer

It's been amazing working with Amber and seeing how much she's taken on over the years. She started with managing the M&A Science podcast end-to-end, then gradually stepped into social and completely elevated the way our company showed up online. Our social presence got to a point where customers would literally tell us how good our content was, and it all came from Amber constantly bringing new ideas, trying crazy concepts, and creating things that actually made people stop scrolling.

A lot of that creative also translated really well into paid campaigns and brought us great impressions and conversions. She also proactively took on YouTube as a channel and built it from almost nothing into something that actually drove people to request demos after finding us there. I could honestly keep singing her praises because I've seen firsthand how creative she is, but what makes her even better is that she always connects that creativity back to performance and business impact.
